No one could hav ever imagined even in their wildest dreams that a rookie driver, quite unknown in the world of formula1 would come and lead the title race. Although Hamilton is not new to racing (he has won titles in almost all other formats of racing such as formula3, formula2, GP series and stuff), he really does bring a breath of fresh air with alonso-ish youthful brashness, prost-ish dedication and hakkinen-ish temeperment.
But one must realise that life will not always be a bed of roses for this british rookie. Although initially, i thought he had lost his cool and made a terrible mistake....instead only after seeing the reply i realised that the front right tyre simply just gave away as he was turning into the left hand high speed corner which left him plummeting at 250 kmph into the tyre wall. So it will be the first time in the season (in nurburgring) that lewis will actually start beyond the 4th position in the qualifying position. Will nurburgring then be the start of his downfall...or will lewis hamilton become the next jacques villenueve...?
If all goes his way he could be the first driver in formula 1 to win the rookie season. Although none of us can deny that lewis posseses unparalleled skill and patience....it is none other than lady luck that plays an important role in the grand scheme of things. It is just the beginning of an illustrious career and for the sake of f1 fans all over the world let us hope that lewis hamilton continues to enthrall all his spectators .......
